| All program related associated services and reward schemes will progressively cease operation from the following dates: |

| • | The program will no longer be accepting new members with immediate effect |
| • | You must register all existing eCoupons by 12 February 2010 |
| • | And must submit all gift redemptions online by 12 March 2010 |
| • | All program e-mail support will close 2 weeks prior to the program closure |
| • | Our customer service hotlines will be closed with effect from 1 April 2010 |
| • | The official program closure will be on 30 April 2010 |

| HP's decision to transit away from the program is to allow marketing efforts and incentives be placed on rewarding customers for the purchase of original HP print cartridges through its regular promotions. Depending on the promotions, members will continue to enjoy pricing benefits, loyalty rebates or instant gifts. |
