| 1. | The Program is open to corporate entities or organizations classified by HP as small or medium sized businesses (hereinafter called "SMB"), although at all times eligibility for membership is at the sole discretion of HP, HP resellers and companies within the HP Group of Companies are not eligible for participation. HP's classification on whether an entity is or is not a SMB is final and shall not be open to challenge. |
| 2. | Companies who are already members of the HP's Supplies MVC (Most Valued Customers) program are not eligible for participation in the Program. |
| 3. | The Program is for HP original supplies users. |
| 4. | Approval and granting of membership shall be at the sole discretion of HP whose decision on this shall be final and binding. |
| 5. | Each approved company can have more than 1 (one) Member contact(s) as long as the contact(s) remain employed in the company in the course of the membership period. It is in the onus of each Member contact to maintain their individual points account once the company establishes and recognizes all the Member contacts in the Program. All communication and correspondences under this Program will be directed to the Member contacts. |
